Monthly planning meetings, a custom design plan, and Lindsay handling vendor booking and communication will ensure your day comes together the way you’ve always imagined.

Planning & Prep

  • Management of monthly planning checklist

  • Creation and management of wedding budget

  • Meetings as needed to review planning tasks, timelines, and deliverables

  • Creation of wedding day itinerary & catering documents

  • Management of final wedding tasks as needed

Design

  • PDF Design direction & moodboard with up to 3 major edits

  • Curation of event design including rentals, stationery items, and florist

Vendor Sourcing & Project Management

  • Research, sourcing & booking assistance of all necessary vendors

  • Direct liaison to all booked vendors for the duration of planning

  • Attendance at all vendor meetings

Wedding Day

  • Rehearsal attendance

  • Up to 12 hours of wedding management, including set-up of personal decor, execution of design plan, venue & vendor liaison to ensure the day flows as planned

FULL SERVICE PLANNING

Starting at $9995

Every wedding is unique and may require additional support, including expanded staffing or logistics. As such, certain celebrations may be quoted on a custom basis and, where appropriate, may be subject to hybrid or percentage-based planning fees. Events such as tented or private property weddings, celebrations with off-site catering, or those held across multiple locations typically require additional coordination and may incur supplementary fees. For weddings with budgets that exceed $100,000 before taxes, hybrid, percentage-based fees will apply.
